Air conditioners
Air conditioners are devices used to regulate the temperature, humidity, and overall air quality in indoor spaces. They are commonly used to cool down the air during hot weather but can also provide heating in colder climates. Air conditioners work by removing heat from an enclosed area and expelling it outside, resulting in a cooler environment.
There are several types of air conditioners available, including Window air conditioners: These units are designed to fit into a window or a slot in a wall. They consist of a single housing that contains all the components, including the cooling coil, compressor, fan, and controlsSplit air conditioners: Split systems have two main components—an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. The indoor unit contains the evaporator coil and the fan, while the outdoor unit houses the compressor and condenser coil. The two units are connected by refrigerant lines and electrical cables.
